Eric Bourdais de Charbonniere
Eric Bourdais de Charbonniere started his career with JP Morgan & Co. Inc. and held various positions in Paris and New York before being appointed Chairman and CEO of J.P. Morgan in France in 1981.
He was thereafter appointed Senior Vice President, Head of Continental Europe in 1985 and Executive Vice President, Head of Europe from 1987 to 1990.
Mr. Bourdais de Charbonniere then joined Michelin as Chief Financial Officer and became member of the Group Executive Council from 1996 to 1999.
He was nominated Chairman of the Supervisory Board in September 2000, a role he still holds today.
Board Mandates
Mr. Bourdais de Charbonniere is Chairman of Michelin. He was until recently the Vice-Chairman of ING Group NV.
He is also Non-Executive Director at Thomson SA, Faurecia, Oddo et Cie, American Hospital of Paris and Associés en Finance.
